College Tournament Week 10

Congratulations to bigdogg for picking up his second star by winning the College Tournament of Champions. He is our first multiple winner of 2009, having earlier won a week in the Pro Tournament of Champions. He is now eligible to play in the finals against all the other College Champions for a chance at the cash prize.
