Vandal28 and brogers win College ToC

Vandal28 wins Week 15 of the College Tournament of Champions, and brogers finishes as the season points-total Champion.

Both will advance to the Finals to play against the other Weekly Champions.

Per the rules, double-winner parkdude will receive two entries.

The Schedule for the finals will be contested with games selected from the College Bowl schedule, and thus will have some very difficult games. It will be announced in the week of December 9.
