Ultimate Eliminator Achievement Symbols
If you see a star next to a player's handle, that means the player achieved something noteworthy in one of the Ultimate Eliminator Contests.
The current list of achievements are:

The Yellow star for winning the College (NCAA) Tournament of Champions in a given week, and the Season Points total leader. A special version is awarded to the Champion-of-Champions who also wins the annual Finals of the event, contested solely between the weekly champions and the season points leader.

The Blue star is similarly awarded in the Pro (NFL) Tournament of Champions contest.

The Orange star is awarded to the winner of the weekly College Hoops Duel, and the season points total leader.

The Sky Blue star is awarded to the winner of the College Bowl Race.

The Green star is warded to the winner of the College Ultimate Tower contest.

Finally, the special Fuchsia Star is awarded to the winner of Ultimate Eliminator - the most challenging achievement.
